Catherine Steck McManus, President and CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando Area

We are excited to announce the appointment of Catherine Steck McManus as the President and CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando Area.

Ms. McManus has nearly two decades of experience in the nonprofit field, having held roles in development, communications, operations and administration. Most recently, she served as Chief Development Officer of Camp Boggy Creek, where she led the statewide philanthropic and marketing efforts for the organization. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President and Chief Philanthropy Officer of WMFE TV/FM.

Ms. McManus is a tenured nonprofit executive with deep roots in the Greater Orlando community. We are thrilled she is joining Habitat Greater Orlando at such a growth point for this organization.

2015 is shaping up to be an exciting year at Habitat Greater Orlando. Not only are we welcoming a new leader to the organization, but we have started construction on Butler’s Preserve, our 59 home community in Greater Washington Shores, we have launched our Neighborhood Revitalization program for owner occupied homes in partnership with Universal Orlando and we are looking forward to our third local Home Builders Blitz at the end of this month where builders will complete 8 homes in 5 days!

We know that Catherine’s vision and leadership will steer Habitat Greater Orlando to even greater accomplishments and we look forward to sharing them with you.

Catherine’s first day was Monday, January 12th and she can be reached at (407) 648-4567 ext. 202.
