Corporate Team Build Day
Build your team while building your corporate image, your community, and most of all a home for a family in need.
Imagine the cooperation required to build walls, install drywall or lay sod. Have you ever tried these activities with a group of your peers? How would you trust each other, communicate together, and develop and implement a plan? Here is your chance to find out!
 
New home construction provides challenging projects that require teamwork, open communication and creative problem solving. Habitat personnel provide job site supervision, equipment and construction materials. They also provide facilitators to help participants link group dynamics demonstrated in the building process to real-world work experiences.
Team Build allows participants to:
- Learn valuable skills while helping others
- Build the foundation of teamwork while building a home for a Habitat family in need
- Improve group dynamics while making the community a better place to live
You’re building more than a house:
- Build positive public perception of your organization by helping your community
- Build morale by demonstrating your company’s commitment to community
- Build visibility as working on a Habitat home is a community event that can draw media recognition
Habitat for Humanity Orlando offers a unique and rewarding group experience that allows your team, department or entire organization to do something noble for your local community while getting something in return.
